Conditions: 1- The product must be in its original condition and not used, with all attached cards not removed or damaged, and must be wrapped in the original packaging. 2- The process of returning, exchanging, and processing the refund may take from seven to 24 days, and the refunded amount will be credited to your credit card account or wallet if paid in cash. 3- The customer bears the costs and responsibility of returning the shipped product to the shipping company, along with printing the return slip sent by us. 4- The refund applies only to the returned products, and other fees such as shipping fees or cash on delivery fees are non-refundable. 5- If the shipment arrives and is not received by the customer for any reason and is returned to the warehouse, the customer bears the shipping and return costs.
